I'm sorry to read that the P is going up and down :-(

And yes! This forum is a good place to be. On other support groups they only shout "diet!", lol...and although some food might trigger psoriasis, I'm not going on a vegan paleo diet with unicorn tears or whatever.

Good you are already in a good place! Hopefully you'll find a fitting treatment soon :-).

yeah; diet, been there, tried that, unicorns and all. Dancing around the moon proved a leap too far, but I tried =]  For some people  dieting and eliminating certain food works, and for others not AT ALL, which is just bloody typical for psoriasis. Ah well...

85 roadkill unicorn  Whistle

Diet never did anything for me except cause me stress, it's great if you can do it, but I like my food and drink too much  Rolleyes
Hope your stress levels are getting lower hopefully you will see it clearing soon and  your bloods are good so you can get the next shot.....and get clear
