I'm glad you found the forum helpful, as Fred says we strive to keep it a warm and friendly place to come to talk about psoriasis with people that are going through or have been through the same struggle ...it's good you know what works for you ....you now just have to find the way to get onto it here in the U.K.

Guys have a website where you can contact them through ...I can't put a link here but you can google it easily enough

As Fred also says you are welcome any time in the off topic section ....where you will notice Fred doesn't tell the truth because I'm the only sensible one there  Big Grin

You don't have to worry on here irumgudikkilli we are all in the same boat, we all know what it's like to have this problem . Fred does not allow advertising or promotional products on here so nobody will try to sell you anything so any answers to your questions will be truthful from people who have the same problems. I take Stelara and it's the best thing that I have ever used and I had a lot of different things since I started with P about 50 years ago ,there is more information on here than any other sources that I know. All the best and I am sure that you will be OK sorting out a GP in UK.
