Hi araujo and  Welcome to the club I'm glad that you have found us and hope there is someone here who can help
I do know we have one member who also has Crohn's disease and she uses Stelara which controls her psoriasis ...but I don't think it does much for her crohns

Have a look around and see what other alternatives you may have rather than go on otezla which you don't like...... if you put "crohn" in the search facility Search it may throw some posts up that mention it  Thumb

Treatments used for psoriasis and crohns as far as I know are.

Humira (adalimumab)

Remicade (infliximab)

Stelara (ustekinumab)

Cimzia (certolizumab pegol)

You can read about Otezla here: Otezla but I'm not sure if it is beneficial for chrohns.

Welcome to Psoriasis Club by the way.  Wave

Hi araujo,

Welcome to psoriasisclub.

Search the internet for "Crohns and Dimethylfumarates" and you will find some interesting studies.

Cheers,
Caroline.

Welcome to the club, I have heard that Stelara is used for both P and Crohns in UK.
