Cheers

Yes, indeed from straight DMF to straight DMF.

In the Netherlands it shows that from slow release DMF to straight DMF, about 50% is failing the straight version.

Jim,

I am always very pleased to read your updates, no matter how mundane they are. Consistency is the gold standard for treatment, and your wonderful and ongoing success gives me great reassurance with my own treatment.

Well done!

Thanks Bill I'm always pleased to put a positive post on, as you are aware I'm passionate about DMF and wish it was available worldwide as a psoriasis drug as I feel it's far less toxic the the alternative oral treatments and for those of us that can tolerate it, it's a lifechanger and seems to work for long periods as for me 7 years so far with no sign of failing
I admire your slant on the treatment and it's one of the reasons I put blood results on so you have something to compare with. You have been on raw dmf for a long time and are living proof of how it can be done if the tablets are not available from your health care system

It's Friday evening and nothing's changed I've just had my evening pills
I started Tuesday morning and have tried not to do anything different to normal I still haven't noticed any changes happening so I'm hopeful it's working

I've eaten as I normally do with toast and marmite or honey...or cereal with milk

Lunch we generally get on the go and stop at a cafe for coffee and a scone or slice of cake

Followed by an evening meal washed down with a pint of beer or cider
So it seems  I can eat and drink what I like without affecting the tablets

I suspected that. You can eat anything while on DMF.
Great that you are so good used to it.
