This is the place to come. You will find many of us of a like mind, the site is packed with information on peoples journeys and treatments. The one thing you won't find are trolls. They dont last long on here 

There is also a fairly active off topic section and there is nearly always somebody in the bar, even if it's only Jim cleaning.
