Good to hear everything is settling down Fred. It would be good to see it take you through the winter without too many issues.

It's odd it brings on cold sores though

Strange about the itchyness  but it does seem to have been caused by the cosentyx thank goodness that has stopped now

Looking forward to the next update and hope it's still positive  Thumb

Thank you Jim. One of the side effects of Cosentyx is "Warm red skin" strange it came on after a few years but as it stopped working for psoriatic arthritis I had tochange.

Herpes simplex infections are one of the side effects of Tremfya John especially if you have had cold sore before. But hopefuly the pills will stop it, it did last time.

Ha she has never had a cold sore, I've always had them and her sister and mother had them but she doesn't know what it's like to have one. So kissing is safe KatT  Wink

Thank you Wooley. We are lucky here and don't get a lot of damp days so a nice mild winter would be nice.

Hi Fred,

Glad the Tremfya is working for you. It's quite a mind game this disease with all its twists and turns, so it can make me worry a bit even when all is going well, especially as any bump entails at least a months wait to determine whether anything different I try will have an effect. At least you have plans to deal with the problems that might arise, Fred.

Cheers

Thank you Bill. Yes it certainly does throw some stuff at us over the years, I know I will never be 100% rid of it but it would be nice to get a longer run without any problems.

Hey ho such is life and it could be worse.

Sorry for being late in adding my reply but I'm really glad Tremfya is still working well for you. Bigarm

This last month has been a bit hit and miss for me on checking through all the posts. This is a thread I try to not get behind on and yet.... I did.
