Don't know, I have too much meat around it. But I do find my shoulders tightening up, if that's what you mean.

My righhand one has deformed and the end of the collarbone sticks up when you move the arm and shoulder.

But I don’t have a clue what an ankle, collarbone and sternum have in common so that it is related to psoriasis or psa

I have had this conversation with my dermatologist and she said much the same, and that is why I am keeping these notes. But those parts feel like psoriatic arthritis to me and they will pass, but it's now in my fingers and toes too.

Oi, that is going fast. Did that happen today?
I know that feeling in fingers and toes.

It comes and goes, but today it's been a bit quick. I have found in the past psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis flare ups can hit me quick.

I have always said I can feel psoriatic arthritis moving around, yes I have usual places but sometimes it will move in a matter of hours.

Thank you Jim, it's a little bit better today.

Still not sure what is going on, but it's looking more like a small flare.

I did think that but it's not so damp now than it was a few days ago.

For reference: A lot better today, almost back to normal so I can only think that it was indeed a small psoriatic flare.
