Sorry to read that Tremfya is failing the psoriatic arthritis Fred and you are struggling a bit. But as Dave says the dry warm weather is on its way and hopefully the summer will see an improvement
I'm glad it's working well still for the psoriasis and it's keeping that controlled

Any ideas as to what you could switch to in September if it hasn't improved by then ?

But I do remember that I had also kind of a flare up a month ago. That is slowly going down now.
Perhaps you lag a bit behind, and perhaps it takes a bit longer to pass.

I'm always lagging behind Tiger Big Grin

Double bubble Jim shake

I think my next move will have to be Skyrizi. Not approved for psoriatic arthritis yet in France but getting close.

Sounds crappy Fred. Can you get seen any quicker? September is a long wait if you are in pain.

Not good  Confused

Hope the upcoming warmer weather will help!

Have you ever experienced similar episodes while on other bios and it improved?

Ah Fred, that's not good!!  Hoping the warmer weather will help to ease it until September (can't you get an appt sooner under the circumstances?)

Really hoping you see an improvement soon though...

I could contact her, but the pain isn't unbearable and at the moment she couldn't prescribe Skyrizi for psoriatic arthritis as it's not approved yet. She could get around it by prescribing it for psoriasis but we done that last time for Tremfya and at the moment I have no psoriasis to talk about.

Yes so it could get better, but my gut feeling is going by my own experience it's struggling to keep the psoriatic arthritis away.

I will send you  PM about notifications. As for taking anything else I'm stubborn and Tremfya should be doing it's job, having said that I did take 1 paracétamol the other day to help with the garden.

Yes it's a bit damp at the moment so that won't help, yes I could go sooner see answer to Bill.

Thank you all it's not too bad at the moment and I can live with it, it's when I can't lift a bucket of Merlot I start to worry.  Big Grin

I could send you a straw for that eventuality.. Tongue

It’s a shame when your treatment starts wavering, I hope it’s a blip but if not, hopefully it will still work to a good extent until you get to see her.
