That’s just my logical thought process.. will look into it further just out of interest. Also thinking, it affects about 1 in ten of us I believe, and you don’t see 1 in ten elderly people covered head to toe in psoriasis..
yeah...I see your logic in that. But, as we age, we are more susceptible and have more psoriasis if we have it at all. That's the gist of what I have read. Keep my updated on what you find out, please.

In my family, psoriasis tends to get better with age.  Reason being that once you are retired, there is less stress, more time spent outside in the sun, etc.

I work in a place where I need to maintain a 180 degree view at all times, so there are windows all around me facing east. So I get plenty of sun during the day.

That’s interesting, makes sense..
I don’t know of anyone in my family who has/had psoriasis so I have no one to compare notes with..

I am not sure that the age makes a great difference as I have been retired ten years now and even though the Stelara keeps it at bay, or at least the P, it certainly struggles with the PsA.
Mind you I haven't put my feet up and am the director of a maintenance company so that may have a bearing on the situation.

Well certainly not at the moment but my main stress is my daughter's situation.

She's terminally ill with two types of cancer and several other medical conditions such as kidney, heart and lung problems also she has to have regular operations to ensure that the bladder/ bowel continues to work. She has just been in his for 23 days and has another operation booked for the 28th of October.

Wow! I don't know what to say. I am sorry? I will be certain to mention her in my prayers. May God bless her.
