And I see that it for now is difficult to avoid stress… that is a point of attention.

Never had one, so I don't know! But I can get back to my regularly scheduled programming...veggies!

2 months in and the redness and some scaling is still present. MTX is helping a lot, don't get me wrong, but the redness is still ever present. I know I have been a little more lax about eating gluten, so I am thinking I am going to have to refocus and get back down to 90%+ gluten free. Right now I am about 65 to 70%. So, like Marvin the Martian says, "Oh well! Back to the old drawing board!"  Big Grin

Have you asked if you could increase the dose?

It will probably be a while till the redness fades, but if the mtx is preventing the plaques forming that's the main thing. But the skin will revert to normal over time hopefully although in my case some areas lost pigmentation and I have a few whiter spots where my psoriasis was

On my next visit in a few weeks I will ask if he can increase the dose a bit to see if we can get some result.

Plaques are back, but nowhere near as severe. Seems like if I made my changes in diet, then I would be way better off. So off I go, time to get things back to "normal". I know... Normal is a setting on the washer! LOL

Well, the price of gas is up to 1.64 a litre here. So the price of a tank for me goes from $80 to $90 (roughly). With the price headed to $2, my budget will be sucked dry. So, my healthy lunches of salads every day are gonna go the way of the dinosaur in exchange for noodle bowls with some veg mixed in. So my gluten intake is going to go up and my skin is not scaling quite yet, but is flaking quite a bit.  Sad I don't know what I am going to do? I have a very limited budget and I have to travel 60 km/day to and from work. I am so stressed today!

I think the whole world is having the same problems with energy prices going through the roof here my gas and electric costs have already gone up by around 50% since last year and are due to go up even further in the summer and that was before Putin started his war on Ukraine, which has forced sanctions to be imposed forcing prices up even higher, I'm sure many of us will struggle in the coming months

In August, gas here was 1.20. Now it's 45 cents more and another 45 cents increas predicted in the near future.
