What have you tried to treat the rash so far?

Aveeno and sudocreeme. Abbvie said it is a side effect so I have to be patient and get a prescription from the doctor.

Is the Skyrizi clearing the rest of your skin?  How are the patches on your face?  Gone?  You wrote that it's having a dramatic effect with the one drawback, the itching bumps on the inner elbow.  Maybe getting the majority of the skin clear with Skyrizi will help you get past what was worse and then you could switch to a different medicine that doesn't have itchy rash as a side effect.

I have many spots that are completely cleared. I have a touch of redness in other areas. Sadly one of the places where the red appears is on my nose and cheeks in that area. A little red on the arms and I am good. It's almost like a miraculous cure! I love it! The itch thing is curable with a quick script. So I will take Skyrizi all day, every day if I have to. So few side effects.

Good to read Sheila. At least you might have more predictability with treatments if future if Skyrizi starts to fail you, but I hope that is a very long time from now.

Cheers

I’m just about to try skyrizi - not liking the sound of that rash! I bet it’s more common than they say..
hope you get rid of it soon but it’s sounding good otherwise. Smile

It's localized and tolerable most of the time. It's not horrible.

A dream come true. No matter the side effects, it is sooooo much better than the psoriasis. I have so much relief now. I am so thankful.

Well, I would say I have about 15% more to go to completely be free of psoriasis. If I could become a spokesperson for skyrizi, I would do it for free for the rest of my life. I am so much better than I was. There is so much relief. I love what has happened since those first days of having skyrizi. Hopefully, the effects last for as long as I live. I am a lucky woman!! Thank goodness. Thank goodness for all you folks who have been there consistently during my struggles and now during my recovery. Psoriasis can be defeated in some cases and I am one of the luckiest people around.
