Strange, the weather is the same but things are better today. I even managed to get the strimmer and lawnmower out, no way could I have done that yesterday.

Funny enough I got the strimmer out today, first time I could face it in a while.

Could it be something you ate that aggravated the joints perhaps a nightshade food affected you badly?

I don't know Jim and to be honest I gave up trying to work out which foods make it worse or better many years ago as I couldn't find a pattern.

Also I like my food and drink too much to worry about what is good or bad for me. munch

I don't know Jim and to be honest I gave up trying to work out which foods make it worse or better many years ago as I couldn't find a pattern.

Also I like my food and drink too much to worry about what is good or bad for me.

Good advice Dave I will take that onboard. Can you just remind me ......................... is that between 2 am and 6 pm or 1 am and 8 am ?

That depends on what you are doing at the time.

Sleeping and some eating for the first one, but the second one eating and some sleeping.
