Good advice Dave I will take that onboard. Can you just remind me ......................... is that between 2 am and 6 pm or 1 am and 8 am ?

That depends on what you are doing at the time.

Sleeping and some eating for the first one, but the second one eating and some sleeping.

Well in my younger days especially when we were enjoying ourselves then on occasions time was incidental.

Can't argue with that.

Getting fed up with it all. It's been a month since my last shots and things are not looking good.

Psoriasis is coming back a bit worse on the shins and I'm going to have to put the psoriasis score up from 3 to 6. Also noticing a little on the scalp and hands.

I could live with that but the psoriatic arthritis keeps flaring and I'm getting to the stage of I've had enough and it's pissing me off. For example today I went out in the garden to do a little weeding and now my shoulders, elbows, wrists and fingers are useless. I'm also waking up more often in pain which is getting annoying.

It's starting to fail just like they all do and today the psoriatic arthritis score will have to go up from 2 to a whopping 15 Angry

Dermatology appointment next week so I will see what she thinks.

I’m sorry to hear this, it’s all so familiar.. I don’t know how some manage to keep going with one treatment for years.

Do you get any strong prescription pain relievers to help ease that pain for a while?

Sorry to hear that Fred, it worries me as time goes on. What alternative treatments have you still got to try.

There's always DMF Fred. I know you don't fancy it but seriously it's served me well for the last 10 years without a blip. The only time I get a bit of a flare is if I forget to take my tablets or when I'm stressed and had a slight flare recently which lasted about a week when a few plaques burst out and my joints got sore before I got it under control by taking an extra tablet in the evening.

Thank you TL I managed 6 years on Stelara but as the psoriatic arthritis got worse it failed, since then I just can't seem to get one that works well.

I can get tramadol or similar FW, but I won't take them.

You have plenty to try Dave there are 10 more since Stelara.

Two things Jim. #1 It's not available here on prescription and #2 I wouldn't take it if you paid me.  Tongue
