Hi lucky how are your feet today, hope they aren't hurting still

Oh my sorry didn't see this till today been working really long shifts and by time I'm finished I want me bed lol my feet are telling me I need new shoes lol you well?

I'm great thanks for asking, working long shifts must be hard on the feet?..... You girls any excuse for shoe shopping

How's the knee it was ballooning a couple of weeks ago, and your feet were bad I remember that's apart from the dreaded plaques
So you've been on a lot but I failed to ask how you were

Sorry I've been so busy sorting so much out became an auntie and making sure all medication is safe together as I'm on loads of pills from gp them dermo gave me new ones lol so stuff needed checking
Everything's going wonderfully plaques going ok calmer that's for sure feet loads better sadly balloon knee still on going but hey I'm cool with a fat leg if my skin looks amazing

It's nice to see my skin improving I can look in the mirror without rolling my eyes
I'm working on my knee just need to get working in the exercise front again keep it moving I just got lazy again lol

So everyone I'm still here! Just locked myself out so I became an auntie again just before Christmas then I'd been so busy finalising my wedding
Been rather busy actually I'm now married
My psoriasis has actually been behaving on the ciclosporin but my goodness does that stuff mess your health about! Tonsillitis 8 times the past few months but they saw that as worth it! I'm kinda thinking, NO!!!!
So now I'm being weaned off the tablets so my psoriasis is slowly coming back :( but hey if rather have psoriasis than be ill loads only so many times you can call in sick!

What are youre  plans for the next treatment ... I know what I would like to see you on ( fumaderm) but I seem to remember that wasn't an option for you...... I hope you get something before it gets bad again
