Yes it's a well known fact that stress has a huge influence on psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

Might have to dabble at some meditation then  Big Grin  Can't do no harm I guess!

I can recommend the [Group Specific] to relieve stress.

Basically it is really fun getting so red, hi hi, most people are going to start looking very oddly at you.
And it is not only your head, after your head has turned red and warm, the rest of your body will follow.

Fumaderm is known for the cramps, if you are going to use them you should take them after or during a meal and with some yoghurt.

Glad to hear you're keeping an open mind regarding treatment. As Jim said, one of the great things about the forum here is getting knowledge so that when you are talking to your doctor you can have a discussion instead of just walking out with whatever they recommend. As for the starting diagnosis being eczema, that isn't uncommon. I was treated by my regular doctor for eczema for quite some time before he sent me to a dermatologist who diagnosed me with psoriasis. Although it seems that it was a dermatologist that gave you the eczema diagnosis first, but even then I think it's a common misdiagnosis.

I don't think I'll even attempt to join you, Caroline and Jim on the work outs! I'd really slow you guys up as my workouts are fairly lame. Big Grin

Good luck and I look forward to following your progress!
