Hiya both, and thanks for your replies  Wave.

In answer to your suggestion Jim regarding waiting until the weekend - you may recall I was due to start new job today, however, once again that has been postponed until Friday! In view of this, I decided to increase as I'm at home until then  Smile. I very definitely would have waited otherwise!

 So...

Week 6, day 2. Having not endured any side effects yesterday, I woke early this morning to flushes accompanied with overwhelming nausea and stomach cramps. I tried to ignore them both but was unable to ignore the nausea which resulted in sickness. Soon afterwards the cramps subsided and I've not had any problems since.

I've decided I'll take the 3 doses today, but can't take the risk tomorrow with the start of job on Friday (although there'll be no garentees of suffering any morning problems but I may minimise the chances), so will take just two and back to three again on Friday.

Thanks for your words Caroline, I'm sure I've only a few weeks of the worst to go, and the sooner my body accepts the medication the happier I will be!   Clap

As for improvements in my skin, I'm yet to notice any further improvements so far, but my hands and feet do look slightly better   Smile.

I'll update again soon  Wave

Hopefully your body will soon begin to accept the Fumaderm and stop giving you the bad side effects.
Good luck with the third dose, today

If I remember correctly and I could be wrong, the side effects plateaued and didn't get worse as my dose increased they stayed much the same, so you may be surprised that increasing the dose may not mean increasing the severity of the side effects.... I will watch with great interest

Time for an update! Well, its been a few days, my last entry being on Wednesday. I'm pleased to report no side effects suffered until today!

I'm on week 6 day 6 - until now so has been good with the increase, however this morning was back to bad. Woke with  cramps, couldn't sleep them off so got up, developed into nausea and sickness. I've had cramps on and off through the day but nothing as bad as this morning.

I'm hoping tomorrow will be better, I've a very early start and long day..!

On s positive, I am noticing some more improvement with my skin. Still some way to go but encouraging all the same  Big Grin.

I'd hoped Jim that my body was starting to adjust after the last few days, but I'm not yet sure - cant be much longer now though  Thumb.

Hi again
Firstly I'm glad you are beginning to notice differences in your skin, I did say earlier that  it won't be quick but it should be thorough with the clearance

I'm wondering if it's something different you've eaten , it might be worth keeping a note of what you eat each day and see when you have a bad side effect if there's a link to the food you have eaten ... It's just a thought

But you seem to be side effect free for a few days and then they hit you ....

I will say again that they should start to get less after a while, but we are all different and some suffer more than others
Bassman sailed through he has said with very few side effects

Stay strong
Jim
