Get you protein from real food, whole food, whenever possible. Use supplements as a last resort. Also, make sure you drink plenty of water.

Thank you guys!

@Fred: I'm also on Humira, but I started mtx because Humira is not working for me. My doctor says that I will switch to Enbrel, but he needs a few months (bureaucracy, blah, blah...)

Aha thank you for clarifying.

It may be worth you asking about Stelara if it's available, as Enbrel is similar to Humira in the way it works.

That's a shame, let's hope Enbrel does the trick when you finally get it. It did work better for me than Humira.

Hi guys,

What have you been up to lately? I hope your P is under control!

I finished MTX a few weeks ago, and I'm OK for the moment. Small spots starts to reappear, but nothing to wary for now, they are very small. I'm thinking very serious to find a surgeon for my nail, I don't feel comfortable with it.
Last week I had some blood test and nothing to worry, except Gamma GT - it is double than maximum allowed and TGO/TGP - 41/92. And of course...cholesterol - 210. I'm going to see a doctor next week to get some recommendations.
If i'll have a flare up in the near future, I'll surely use MTX again.

Have a nice weekend!
