What sort of problems will a quarter have because if that is including side effects then yes but that is not quite the same as saying that a quarter will have liver problems ,it will be a much smaller number.
I am not defending MTX I am just saying that a lot of the so called evidence is not really that good as you can rely on it as gospel it's more anecdotal.

Why don't we see these increases is other medications for psoriasis?

I think that MTX has been used for P/PsA as long or probably longer than most other drugs , the more people on it then the more that are going to have problems and it's also been used for RA for even longer.
