Thanks, Belinda. Given all the hoops you have jumped through, including the near death experience, I am glad it was easy for you. Looking on the TGA website I note that Cosentyx can be made available in severe cases under a Grandfather clause, so I might contact them and get a few specifics. In the meantime I look forward to reading of your continuing success.

Cheers,

Bill

It is a biological treatment for psoriasis! It is injections which you can do yourself at home. Week 0,1,2,3,4 then every month. I have only been on it 3 weeks tomorrow and as you can see from my pics the results so far are nothing short of amazing. I've also had no side effects apart from slight loss of appetite. I'm in Australia and am prescribed through Alfred hospital. Dermatologist needs to apply to the government to be approved but the process isn't too tricky for a derm who deals in biological treatments. Was there anything in particular you wanted to know?

Excellent result, Belinda. You look to be well on the way to clearance. It is very encouraging to read peoples' experiences of the wonderful treatments available today.
