A good study, I'm wondering is the reason the older sufferers have been prescribed systemic treatment is because of the old protocol of starting with creams and tar, and ultra violet treatment must be gone through before they are able to " qualify" for systemic treatments and it can take years of passing around the creams and uv before being moved to systemics
