Nails (or what's left of them)

I think probably the only way to clear them will be with a systemic treatment,  as creams and light are unlikely to have any lasting effect on nails......at least that was my experience

Yeah, problem is that until they can figure why my liver numbers are out of whack I can't take any oral drugs.  I understand there is not much they can do with nails with creams, light etc my question was more in the way of coping or the evolution of the nails as the condition goes into remission.  

Again, do the plaques fall off or are they pushed off by the incoming nail?
