Stubborn psoriasis on ear..

I get it in my ear...like I mean right in there. Kinda feels like have sand in your ear and I have developed an awful habit of now sticking my finger in my ear and clearing it out 

When I use my scalp shampoo, Capasal therapeutic shampoo (it has coconut oil and coal tar) I rub some into the ears and leave sit. Just like the scalp I cannot tell you it works wonders for me as it is only very temporary mild relief but it is better than the days I don't use it.
