That's a very interesting article, and I have always tried to stay positive,
I can see the benefit for us psoriasis sufferers, learning the skills of Autogenic Training.
I'm sure it should be taken up by psoriasis suffers who are struggling with their current treatment.
If I was still on Methotrexate I would stop and give it a try. There must be books on the technique somewhere
