welcome to the Club and more importantly the Acitretin Gang there are quite a few of us on the stuff at the moment. I have been on for a little under year and up to now I have been reasonably pleased with the results. Yes I have side effects, dry lips and delaminating feet to name a few but these are far easier to live with than the constant itching and leaving a snow trail all over. Just be aware though that this is a very slow acting drug. It was several months before I saw any improvement and it is not unknown for people to have serious flare ups before things improve. Have patience and hopefully you will see the benefits.
As for Dovobet, I hate the stuff. I could only use the stuff for a couple of days before my plaques became very angry and bright red, it felt like I was rubbing acid into my skin.
