Hi everyone, 

Thanks for the help. Perhaps I do need to seriously up the MTX dose, it's just so slow as well. Luckily i haven't experienced any nausea - and they know that, so I can't claim that as a reason. 

I can definitely ask about the biologics. That seems a better way forward. 

I'm in a really bad way at the moment, do you think there's much chance of them letting me have some interim UVB treatment just to tame it a little? I'm meant to be going to a friend's wedding in May, and on holiday in June, and I am feeling absolutely petrified about both and thinking of cancelling.
