Psoriasis patients should be careful of flammable skin creams

That's a scary statistic, But it shows that you must be especially clean, when using these creams, I'm sure most people are unaware of the dangers, and with the advent of low temperature washes I imagine it's not difficult for a build up on clothes no matter how clean you are, you are likely to remain flammable....
I'm not a smoker and I'm not using any creams, but have used plenty in the past when I was a smoker
