I share your concerns, but like Jim I think new deals will be made. Will they be better or worse that is the question.
For the DMF it will even be broader available. USA has their Tecf*dera, but that is too costly to use for Psoriasis.
But from Spains Almirall a new one will come, and probably in the price range of Fumaderm. They might also export too. Europe or even to the USA. The last would be interesting.
For the Netherlands Psorinovo is produced in the Netherlands itself, so unless some stupid regulation ends that, some Pharma would like that, it will stay being produced.
