Prickly itch post winter

It could be prickly heat which is caused by sweating, getting hot etc. Usually you get a rash though. I tried to look up some info but other than trying not to get too hot and wear loose clothing, there isn't really much as it usually clears up in a day or two if you avoid heat and I'm guessing yours lasts longer. I agree with Jim, best to check with your doctor.
