I've never had a Strep outbreak so can't help.
As for tanning beds, I would only use one if prescribed. Yes they can work, but I think it's important to be monitored whilst using.
Try not to let this outbreak get you down, psoriasis has a nasty habit of getting worse when we feel down. Have a good look around the forum, you will find a very friendly bunch of people. And don't forget to visit [Group Specific] I'm sure you will find something there to take you mind of things.
