Newbie with an oldie disease

Good morning club!
So I had my first injection yesterday was very nervous but it was painless, sharp sting just like any other needle and it was quick.
No side effects to report. Thank goodness.
Woke up with sore joints though not sure if it's related.
Have been on a healthy diet since flare up 3weeks ago and started drinking turmeric lemon tea yesterday. 
Let's hope all these remedies combined will give me super powers to fight this Psoriasis!

Good luck from me as well , you may feel a little tired for a while after the injection, see about doing you're own injections as it's much easier especially if you do it sitting down into your stomach, no problems at all.
