Cosentyx for psoriatic arthritis Fred's journey

I am glad that the inflammatory marker and arthritis scores are nil, Fred. Without them psoriasis really does become a few annoying spots. Are there topicals you would use other than a steroid? Even when I was covered I was not tempted.

Hello Bill, the diprosone did help but I decided to come off and wait till I see my dermatologist. Though I wouldn't want to use them long term it may be worth trying to get it back on track to let the cosentyx keep it down.

There is something going on as I woke up with a cold sore this morning and now my right hand looks like it's swelling up, not sure what is going on there as it doesn't hurt and I haven’t knocked it.

So maybe the flare up and the cold sore are related and there is something going on inside. Don't know if it's to do with the swelling, but I'll keep an eye on it.
