Hello,
I found making jokes about my skin helpful to offset the awkwardness I might have been feeling.
Before I married i would just say, it is not contagious, tried to not focus on it.
Also found out who had depth and who was superficial.
Was hard to see the gifts of things when I was feeling self conscious.
