That’s unfortunate Fred the one thing that’s worked wonders for the arthritis has caused this to break out, hopefully it’s not bad enough to pull you off cosentyx and can be treated successfully

The Coconut Oil helps with cold sores I have found. But it's not good to keep getting so many.

Eat some extra fruit Fred. I think vitamin C normally helps for this.

I don't think the Vits are the problem Caroline I get plenty of vit C from our own fruit and veg. I have never had this many in succession and they seem to be coming more often.
