I don’t have problems with sleeping.
This is an example of my sleeping pattern.

It mostly resembles this. I am a bit too short on sleep in weekdays, but that’s because I am mostly up early, but in the weekends I sleep a little longer.

I can very well imagine that when you are in pain, that it takes longer to fall asleep and you may wake up early.
