Hello Hanna good to see you back again, though I didn't mean that as in because of psoriasis but as in you were always a respected member of Psoriasis Club. It sure is a bugger this psoriasis and it will always bite back when we don't need it.
I mentally fought psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis for many years, but it does have a habit of fighting back. Sorry but I doubt there are any tests that can be done and holistic isn't going to help. (But that's just my opinion)
Things have moved on a lot and still are looking good for the future, but for now you could ask about Fumaderm or Skilarence which are DMF based and I'm sure the DMF Gang will tell you more.
Another option is a Bio, but they usually hold back till you are really bad or have failed with other treatments. Biological Treatments For Psoriasis
But to be honest the truth is it will always come back and probably worse, some will knock me for saying that but psoriasis is still so difficult to treat and keep under control.
