Thank you Fred - it's just I really do not need negative comments regarding Health Pros......suggestions , experiences etc to share and suggest fine .....for me my objective is to have PS cleared up with 15 years so I can go into my box with no PS

If you have a good Derm, a real Health Pro, you are certainly blessed. And I really understand why you do not want to hear criticism.

But not everyone has had those excellent experiences. Not all health pro's know everything about specific treatments or medications. Experienced patients, who have good contacts with good doctors can gain more knowledge on a specific medication than some doctors.

It is the same with a tailor, there are great tailors who make great suits, but it still may happen that an amateur makes a better and more beautiful dress than that tailor.   it is a question of experience.

It is therefore that a forum like this can come up with experiences and suggestions  on treatments, sometimes unfortunately based on less experiences with a certain doctor-type.
