So did second treatment last night.
Today there is a remarkable improvement. No, it's definitely not cleared but less scaling and skin is more dark pinkish and less red and irritated. Most importantly, although still itching it's a lot easier to deal with now! I may even have periods of 15 minutes or so that I don't think about it!! I know that doesn't seem like much but since it had got to the point where I was miserable 24 hours a day it's a big improvement!!! Hoping the pictures show it better than I can explain, most of the itchiness is still in the hairline area, but I think it's harder to get the treatment down to the skin:
