I voted for ‘undercarriage’. I’ve had psoriasis in every part of my body, but that and face were the worse.

The patches on my feet have never been too bad, more mildly itchy than sore. The face and genitals are quite sore though. The face can’t be covered so gets no protection, and trying to cover it in make up only hurt more.

The armpits are another sore one, you can’t avoid irriatating it in my experience.
