Hi BB , welcome to the club where all of us on here have the same problems so all answers are from the point of people with the same troubles. I don't know where you are in gods own county but welcome from East Yorkshire.
I used Dove deodorant when I had it really bad and had no real problems but I did however use coconut oil on any areas like under my arms before I used it. If possible I would really push for bios like the one that Fred takes as it will probably be the best solution to what you have got ,I take Stelara which is good for the P but not as good as Fred's bio for PsA.
Have a good look around and ask away any questions.
