Hi Joel welcome to the club, sorry to hear of your diagnosis of psoriasis, it's not an easy disease to manage and as fred says go easy on the steroid ointments and ask about UV treatment, the latent TB will need sorting out before you can take any immune suppressant drugs ...so it looks like creams and UV treatment are your way forward until you are treated for the latent tb
