I'd very much doubt you would get a DMF prescription from an on-line GP. If you look at the treatment guidelines, DMF is placed as an option if other non-biologic options have failed or are contraindicated. It is a treatment for a specialist to prescribe and manage, not the realm of a GP.
Like Jim, Caroline and William Mateychuck, I have had great success with this drug, but many have not found it so or have been forced to discontinue its use because of adverse effects. The good thing about it is that if if does work well it will probably work for a very long time.
