You poor girl you Beverley.
Please please please, DO NOT pick your nails Beverley, you could get them infected and then you will have all sorts of problems then and won’t want that, will you ?
My nails are badly pitted on my toes and my hands and I use coconut oil on them.
For your toe nails, see your dermatologist and see what they can do for you ?
Another idea is go to see the Podiatrist and see what they can do for you Beverley.
In fact see the podiatrist first
