I'm sorry you have to go through this, we all know how it feels and how desperate it can make you feel.
This forum is a good place to vent about your feelings and frustrations.
unfortunately, you have to go through the list of ointments and steroids and fail them before they give you a better treatment. I think for you UVB or MTX will be first on the list. If you are in Europe, you could also ask for Fumaderm or Skilarence.
It is important to tell your dermatologist how you feel, they don't just look at your skin but also how it is affecting you, so be sure to tell it next time you see your dr.
