Sorry but I'm not a believer myself in Chinese herbalist treatments and think you should get your vitamins the natural way, but good luck to you and your partner if you believe.

Re Smoking: Giving up has made no difference at all to psoriasis for me, though I must admit after three years without i do feel like I breath better. Oh and I put weight on too. Doh
