Nice to see you again, what a shame MTX hasn't worked for you. I can understand your despair and really hope Humira will be the one for you. You don't seem to be having the luck at the moment and it must be difficult to come here and tell us.
You say you are going to try topical treatments until you start the new regime, don't spend a lot of money on "proven methods" as most won't help.
Look through the natural treatments discussed on here, most won't cost much and many will give some relief.
Good to see an over achiever back
and hope for an update soon, or just come back for some light relief
