to Psoriasis Club.
Cosentyx did and still does work wonders for me in relation to psoriatic arthritis, unfortunately there is no one suits all when it comes to treatment. It's all about trial and error to find the one that works best for you, so it may be worth asking about one of the others.

Re fluid build up in your knees, it could be worth asking about having them drained. I thought for a long time one of mine was down to psoriatic arthritis till one day a doctor said it needed draining, I wish I had have had it done sooner. So ask your doctor about draining.
Pleased to see you decided to post an intro after lurking for a while, you will (or may have already) find a friendly bunch so just dive on in.
