Hi omgmoe , welcome to the club, I am taking Stelara at the moment and my dermatologist is thinking about putting me on Cosentyx but first he is going to reduce my Stelara to every ten weeks to see if it helps, however due to the complete uselessness of the NHS I was really bad at the moment as I was 18 days past my 12 week injection slot. I took the Stelara last Monday and I am amazed just how good it is on the PsA as I thought that the Stelara wasn't working as well but I now realise it's my PsA that has got worse so if your dermatologist suggested Stelara as an alternative it's certainly works on PsA than I originally thought.
