Hello Kath, I think the problem you are having is to do with needing 5 posts to see members profiles.
You can change your profile Edit
But the problem I think you are experiencing is that only members with 5 posts can see profiles. This is in place to stop spammers and scammers from joining and trying to get information on our members.
If you try to look at my profile Fred you will get the same message. It's nothing against you and I know it's not perfect, but it does protect our members.
Options are:
#1 Make 5 posts then you will be able to see your profile and other members.
#2 Make the changes you would like and save, then I can take a screenshot and show you what is in your profile.
