I hope you enjoy your time with us and hope you can find an effective treatment but as fred has said you do need to see a dermatologist to get an effective treatment
The stuff you are using is unlikely to do very much as it’s a moisturiser with aloe .
My suggestion is to see a dermatologist who can give you more than just creams
