Yes if he does end up on Stelera it will be interesting to see of the neck clears up (my guess is photo therapy will do nothing for arthritis!)

Well.... I am not sure about that.
The phototherapy increases the vitamine D-level in the skin, that is basically what it does as far as I know/guess, I can imagine that part of that will enter his whole body leaking out of the skin (you might ask about that) . Vit. D is also good in suppressing the Psoriactic Arthritis.
So .. perhaps he is lucky. Smile
